The Art of letting go

The art of letting go allows us to clear our minds and find a sense of calm. Letting go is a form of acceptance. It doesn't always eam end of a relationship or abandonment of something you care about, rather a act of love. By exercising control and allowing someone to go is based on respect and understanding. 

We all usually come across situations where we hold on to things which cause us pain. Holding on to things which we feel are valuable to us gives us a sense of security and comfort. But what happens when we need to let go of these things.First step of letting go is to acknowledge that whatevr we are holding on is causing us pain which can be emotional.or physical. Once we start feeling the pain caused by attachment, we start the process of letting it go. This is not easy as we have become so much accustomed to supress our feelings which we have forgotten how to fully experience them. But letting go needs us to open and absorbant even when it feels uncomfortable.

The benefits of letting go are many and varied. It can improve our physical health by letting go of emotions. By releasing negative thoughts and emotions, we can feel lighter going towards leading to a more better positive look on life and to increase creativity and productivity. Whatever is destined will reach you even if it is beneath two mountains. What is not destined, will never reach you even if it is betwen two lips. 

We are sometimes programmed to complicate our life. In feeling helpless, you learn to take care of your self. While feeling used, you recognize your worth.While feeling abused, you develop compassion. While feeling stuck, you will know that there is always a choice. Sometimes endings are not bad, sometimes they are not even endings, just bridges the new beginning. You don't meet people by accident, each such person crosses your path gives life lessons to you that God knew you need. 

Thing to be kept in mind about pain, which doesn't go away  just because it goes unacknowledghed. More you avoid it,more it emerges in you and becomes a part of you. These faulty beliefs will get wired in and remain unless you challenge them. If you are brave enough to say goodbye, life will award you with a new hello. Not everything make sense, sometimes trying will drive you insane. 

There is power in letting go, power that brings more peace than being stuck in situations which make you heart heavier each and every day. Whatever is your feeling, feel it. Don't hide from it. Don't; ignore it. Anything you can't control is teaching you how to let go.
