The Art of letting go

The art of letting go allows us to clear our minds and find a sense of calm. Letting go is a form of acceptance. It doesn't always eam end of a relationship or abandonment of something you care about, rather a act of love. By exercising control and allowing someone to go is based on respect and understanding.  We all usually come across situations where we hold on to things which cause us pain. Holding on to things which we feel are valuable to us gives us a sense of security and comfort. But what happens when we need to let go of these things.First step of letting go is to acknowledge that whatevr we are holding on is causing us pain which can be emotional.or physical. Once we start feeling the pain caused by attachment, we start the process of letting it go. This is not easy as we have become so much accustomed to supress our feelings which we have forgotten how to fully experience them.
