Thus, following tips are essential to be put in practice which can sweep the mind to prevail upon restoration of mental clarity. 1) Simply life - Cut back social obligations if loaded with responsibilities. Getting involved more in connectivity worsen the situation. World won't stop without one output and one will be fine in updating Facebook status or texting / calling / tweeting anyone for a day. Its solution is to have a free electronics once a day in a week and cut back social obligations. 2) Meditate to De-Stress  - Brain can handle one thought at a time barring once as super fast.With lot of unwanted thoughts running in the background one cannot expect conscious thoughts to be clear. Its solution i
