How to manage rejections

Rejections are the most common emotional wound we sustain in our daily life. Rejections shatters our sense of self and leads to self-doubt. It also hurts our fundamental need to belong to a group. It is dependent on how bad we allow ourselves to feel, rather than how bad others make us to feel. Most fears of rejection rest on the desire for approval from other people. 

Back to the time, when I was single. It was a period when I faced often rejection a lot of time. Which was actually a step forward for me. Because before that I spent much of time totally avoiding situations where I could be rejected. But still, it hurt. So I needed to learn how to handle and get over rejection. 

And today, I like to share habits and reminders that helped me with that and still helps me to this day when I get rejected in other situations. These are -

- Take some time to process it instead of forcing a smile on your face. 

- Focus on what you still have in your life.

- Say no to your inner critic. 

- Be constructive and focus on what you can learn.

- Let it out to a friend or loved one. 

- Don't think it is all about you.          

- Strengthen your self - esteem.

- Keep going. Remember this is temporary - not permanent- if you keep going. 

It is easy to cry when you realize that everyone you love will reject you or die. If we will be quiet and ready enough, we shall find compensation in every disappointment. People's rejection can be God's direction for you. Accept that rejection is a challenge. 

I hope this provides some inspiration to move forward from, and pick you up from rejection. The most useful quote to follow is - " When I let go of what I am, I become what I might be."   

Let go of fear, let go of rejection, let go of anything negative ever been told.

IMF suggestions for India Growth Rate

India's growth accelerated to 7.7.% in 4th quarter of 2017-18 (F.Y.) which was up from 7% in the previous quarter. UAE consists of seven Emirates founded and declared their independence from Britain on 2nd December, 1971 as a federation.
