Symptoms And Treatment Of Migraine Headache - II

There are two types of Migraine. This classification depends on whether the individual experiences
any disturbance of the senses leading up to migraine. These are known as Auras -
1) Migraine with Auras - For many people with Migraine, Auras act as a warning, telling them that a  headache is soon to come. The effects of the Aura can include :
  - Confusing thoughts or experiences.
  - Perception of strange, sparkling or flashing lights.
  - Zig-Zag lines in the visual field.
  - Blind spots or Black patches in the vision.
  - Pins and Needles in the arm, or leg.
  - Difficulty speaking.
  - Stiffness in shoulders, neck or limbs.
  - Unpleasant smells.
Patients may not see parts of the object in front of them or even feel as if part of their field of vision appears, disappears and then come back again. They may describe the visual disturbance similar to
the sensation that follows being exposed to a very bright camera flash.

2) Migraine without Aura - More commonly, a person will experience a migraine without any sensory disturbance leading up to the attack. Between 70 to 90 percent of migraines occur without an Aura.
Other types of Migraine attacks are -
1. Chronic Migraine - Triggers attacks on over 15 days of the month.
2. Abdominal Migraine - Due to irregular function in abdomen and Gut - mainly in children below 14
    years of age.
3. Hemiplegic Migraine- causes weakness on one side of the body for temporary period.
4. Menstrual Migraine - occur in a pattern connected to menstrual cycle.
5. Migraine with Brainstem Aura - Rare- Triggers severe neurological symptoms e.g. affected speech.

IMF suggestions for India Growth Rate

India's growth accelerated to 7.7.% in 4th quarter of 2017-18 (F.Y.) which was up from 7% in the previous quarter. UAE consists of seven Emirates founded and declared their independence from Britain on 2nd December, 1971 as a federation.
