How To Manage Fears

If one wants something to be afraid of, it is not hard to find. We live in a world ruled by fear mongering. Media pushes doomsday predictions and dramatic front page stories daily. But, they are not the fears or worries that are going to make a difference in one's life.
The real fear that will diminish life, fears to do something about, are the internal "hidden" fears which will keep one stuck and prevent one, from being the one what it can be. The worst sorrows in life are not its losses and misfortunes but its fears.
Here are four fears to master and how to do so -

1) Fear of what others think of you - Most people are afraid to do anything feeling that they don't want to upset other people. This fear on a more extensive level is an expression of social anxiety. It is the fear that people will reject us keeps us playing small. If one does not want to come to terms with this fear, you will resist your call to greatness. Instead of worrying people not accepting your big dreams, focus on how your dreams will have a difference and improve the world. Following your dreams will inspire others to do the same. It will show people what's possible and ignite the dream chaser spark with them.

2) Fear of not being worthy- With realization of one's own potential and self confidence in one's ability, one can build a better world. One should believe having a destiny. next step requires to grow with it and become the person one needs to be. If one keep on growing and bettering himself, the destiny once felt over-sized starts to fit. No one is going to give validation that you are good enough. It comes of power what you believe about yourself.

3) Fear of failure- Failure is tantamount to success, but we still fear it. We all know that perfection is not a reality but we still expect ourselves to never mess up. If you push through resistance, life possibilities will expand. Too many of us are not living our dreams because we are living our fears. Stop listening to your limbic system and start using your power to create and be intentional.

4) Fear of uncertainty -  Uncertainty seems risky. It is the antithesis of the stable and controlled life we have. People are more worried about what they have to lose than what they could gain, we naturally focus on what could go wrong instead of the possibilities we can create. Do one thing everyday that scares you. As you continue to stretch yourself and take healthy risks, you eventually end up in a new zone of comfort. Fear fades and faith is strengthened. You can believe in your dreams and take courageous action.
