 Mushroom Farming
Farming can be divided into six steps-
1) Get Spawn & substrate it needed to start the culture. It can be purchased as ready - to -
inoculate spawn. Producing own can be cheaper in long run. But start up costs can be high.
So, buying the ready - to - inoculate Spawn is the best way. Also, straw is neededdwhich can
     be chopped into pieces.
2) Wet straw and heat in boiling water for half an hour. Then drain water and put straw on clean
     surface to cool down.
3)  Plastic bags - Pack 2 or 3 inches of straw into plastic bags & lightly sprinkle Spawn on top.
Fill bag and close top and poke holes in the bags. Wooden trays can also be used to be filled
with the compost which needs to be shuffled after 2-3 days to let the air pass through for
     growth of mushroom.
4)  Keep growing area at around 78 degree F. Place bag on a shelving unit Stop natural light,
cover windows  & cracks. Use red dark room light to check bags. Tiny pin heads start up
      in 30-35 days.
5)  Fruiting- High level humidity is needed. Move bags to cool place for a day and then move
      back.
6) To cut bags and allow mushroom grow.

In the same manner, Oyster mushroom can be grown with different ingredients.
It creates best profit with minimal care and investment.
